Hello Leilani Entertainment Magazine Fam:

I want to thank everyone for your continuous support you have shown us with all the projects we're invovled in. As many of you know, My Father and I have our own Entertainment Non Profit Organization. We couldn't ignore the out-pour of needs within our community so we do more than address music needs, we have been heavily involved in community outreach! I wanted to thank my Father and the board: Bobbie Webb-Founder/President, Kim Skully/Treasurer, Board-Ron Dean, Sondra Long, LiMari Garcia, Kamilah Boyd, Rodney Clemente, Derrick Oneal, Charlotte Epps-Stowers and Anthony Simmons.

We have been talking about many ways to bring resources back to our community and work with organizations that are already in place. Through the various ways we will be doing so as follows: Our very own Derrick Oneal has assemble a select group from our board to other great folks that I will also like to thank: Derrick Oneal, Charlotte Epps-Stowers, Kimberly Cox, JG, Ron Dean and myself. This core group of folks that Mr. Oneal has assembled, he calls us the perfect" Dream Team" we will kick off raising funds through World Wide Music efforts. We are currently working on our first big event in October. Pray for us, because our goal is to raise alot of monies to give back to our neighborhoods, our youth and adults.

Through God all things are possible! Our community, families and folks have been broken for a very long time! Family, we still have not been beaten because we are still here! Every morning the Lord wakes you, you can do your part! When folks pass away or tragic things happenes we all come together! When do we fight for us, fight for our own? Fighting means, regardless to what your income, financial or state of being is...we will rise above this, bond together with our sisters and brothers and say NO MORE! When you see your brother or sister down, do you help them or just look away, if your sister or brother is hungry, sad/depressed, going through it...what do you do? There is strength in numbers, I repeat, There is strength in numbers. So many have let the streets raise their children and so many folks have either given up or loss hope! NO MORE! We are our brothers and sisters keepers.

It breaks my heart that there aren't enough resources for our folks and this mean every ethnicity group, we are FAMILY! Folks are losing their jobs, homeless, hunger, education has been reduced and so many things have changed. Changed for whom...Us! We need to pull together, growing up, we proved that we could live together in a community and love one another, respect one another and everyone took part in raising a child! I don't believe for one moment that the way our ancestors, grandparents and great grand parents etc. raised us is lost! Wake up family, we can be that way and better again!

We will need your support to help with this event and other events. Together we can restore our communities. We don't have to wait for someone to give us something because the main thing we need is Love and Unity! The rest will follow! We didn't get into this mess over night and things won't ressolve over night. I believe in what the Lord did for us on calvary, how He loved us so much He gave His life for each and everyone of us! I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and the part of him that exists in all of us! I watch so many of my brothers and sisters hustle to get people involved to support them, we should, especially when its for a great cause!

I choose to believe that Good still exist in this world! No more complaining, lets start rebuilding! My heart goes out to the Jackson family! Obviously all of the folks that have passed on was needed somewhere else family, but we still have a work to do here! Lets not let the hard work and the way that has been made for us from all who dared to be extraordinary be lost or forgotten! There are those of us that has been called and has accepted the call to battle for our right to be here! Join with us! Send me a note so I can tell you how you can do your part! To much is given much is required!

He can't do this alone, we have to do our part and be that passionate about our communities as we were when we got out to vote! We can be a better community and be a better nation than we ever have!

A special thanks goes to my business partner Ron"Enfluenz" Dean! You have been my right hand as I have been yours.
